Meet Dr. Holland

Dr. Holland teaches Sullivan leadership training for our Ole Miss community. The training draws on the Foundation’s ARC framework: Agency, Relationships and Contribution.

It connects responsibility for our own choices with the ability to build trust and make a useful contribution to others. MMSTS makes that learning part of a continuing student experience.

Growth through the college years

A year-by-year pathway.

The program offers three tracks, pairing each stage of college with opportunities to learn, practice and reflect. Contact us for current schedules, enrollment details and requirements.

Freshmen

Find your footing.

Personal leadership & belonging

Start with self-awareness, responsibility and the habits that help you navigate college. Build friendships, practice communication and explore ways to contribute.

Sophomores

Put it into practice.

Relationships & shared responsibility

Strengthen collaboration, work through challenges and take on meaningful responsibilities. Connect learning with service and explore mentoring and career interests.

Juniors & seniors

Lead what comes next.

Contribution & life beyond college

Apply leadership through service and community projects, support younger students and prepare for the transition to work and life after graduation.

Annual certificates

Students earn annual certificates by completing the training and applied work required for that year. Each certificate recognizes completion of the stated program requirements.

A three-year pathway to Sullivan Fellow recognition

Students can work toward Sullivan Fellow recognition through the three-year pathway. Recognition is subject to completing Sullivan’s applicable program requirements, beyond attendance at individual training sessions.

Student-led. Community-supported.

You bring the curiosity.
We build the connections.

Campus club membership is for enrolled University of Mississippi students, with students leading their own organization. Alumni, parents, mentors and associates participate through the independent MMSTS community.

Students can express interest regardless of fraternity membership. Alumni and associates can help by sharing experience, offering mentoring or opening doors to career opportunities.

Campus membership and student governance are separate from MMSTS Alumni and Associate membership. University registration and recognition are handled through UM’s review process.

Support the next generation

leadership training.

A $350 sponsorship supports leadership training for one student and includes one year of MMSTS Alumni or Associate membership, a $150 value, at no extra charge.
